Bill Ramsey has 33 years of real estate experience in Hawaii, including appraisal,
sales and property management. The last 30 years have been devoted primarily
to full-time property management, specializing in residential income property
management.
From 1973 to 1977, Bill was a Property Manager with the property management
department of a large trust company in Honolulu. From 1978 to 1979, he was the
Broker-in-Charge of a large property management company’s rental department.
Prior to the opening of Bill Ramsey, Inc. in 1981, Bill was the Vice President
and General Manager of a full-service property management firm, providing management
services for rentals, condominium associations and account collections.
Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from
St. Mary’s College in California. In addition, he holds a Principal Brokers
license with the Hawaii State Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs and
has been designated a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real
Estate Management of the National Association of Realtors.
Bill is a past instructor with the Graduate Realtors Institute of the Hawaii
Association of Realtors and the IREM Accredited Resident Managers Course 101.
He was the 1984 President of the Hawaii Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate
Management and a past Director of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, and the Hawaii
Association of Realtors. He is also 1997-1998 Chairman of the Governmental Affairs
Committee of the Hawaii Association of Realtors.

Stephanie, who attended college in Washington and Colorado, is Vice President and Principal Broker of Bill Ramsey, Inc.
Stephanie began her real estate career in 1983, as a Resident Manager for a residential rental complex in Leeward, Oahu.
In 1986, Stephanie joined Bill Ramsey, Inc., as an Administrative Assistant. She received her Real Estate Salesman’s License in 1987 and was then promoted to Property Manager specializing in Downtown and East Oahu. Since then, she has also managed properties in Central, Leeward and Windward Oahu in addition to supervising other property managers in the company.
Stephanie
and her family are residents of the fast growing new city of Kapolei in Leeward
Oahu.
Tisha Ramsey (S)
Property Manager
Tisha began her real estate career with Bill Ramsey, Inc. in 2000, as a manager trainee and office manager assisting with the daily operations. She is currently a property manager, servicing Leeward and Windward Oahu.
After completing her primary education in Hawaii, Tisha graduated with degrees in Sociology and Law from Mainland Universities in California & Maryland. Her exposure to the business through her father, Bill Ramsey, has been a benefit to all facets of the company.
Tisha lives with her family in Honolulu.
